Check-in is 15:00–18:00, check-out is 11:00, and day-use bathing is 11:30–14:00 (reception 11:30–13:00). Day-use service may be suddenly suspended depending on the day, so calling ahead is recommended. Accommodation fees include bathing; day-use bathing is 1,000 yen for adults and 700 yen for children. Access is about 15–20 minutes by car or taxi from JR Ban-etsu West Line Kitakata Station, or about 20 minutes from Kitakata IC on the Ban-etsu Expressway.
