Lake-side guest rooms are guaranteed a view of Lake Kawaguchi. In addition to the men's and women's baths, there is also a wine bath. Day-trip bathing hours are 15:00–22:00 (last entry 20:00), excluding private-booking days and closed days. Admission is 1,100 yen for adults and 770 yen for elementary school children and younger; face towels (110 yen) and bath towels (330 yen) are charged separately. A shuttle service between the hotel and Kawaguchiko Station is available by reservation.
