粟斗温泉は千葉県鴨川市にある日帰り温泉です。元は温泉旅館で、休憩所が広く取られ持ち込み飲食も無料で利用できます。保護猫の「ミーコ」が庭先にいます。洗い場は3人、浴槽は4人までの小さな造りです。営業時間は10時から19時まで、定休日は金曜日です。休憩室の利用料は1階1,500円、2階3,500円です。アクセスはJR外房線安房鴨川駅西口からバスを利用し、鴨川市コミュニティバス北ルート金山ダム行きで花房下車、徒歩25分です。
