宮崎市千草町にある「ホテルマリックス」に併設されたサウナ施設です。大浴場は天然鉱石を使用したお湯で、北欧式サウナと、大淀裂罅水を使った水風呂を備えています。利用時間は15時から翌朝10時までで、日帰りサウナは780円から、仮眠宿泊は20時から翌10時まで3,000円で利用できます。カプセルルームは4,000円からです。
