Chateraise Hotel Ryokan Fujinoya is a hotel in Isawa Onsen, Fuefuki, Yamanashi. The large public bath, open-air bath, in-room baths and private open-air baths all use 100% free-flowing natural hot spring water. There are guest rooms with open-air baths and Japanese-style rooms consisting of two connected rooms. The kaiseki cuisine, which changes monthly, lets you enjoy guinea fowl sukiyaki and hoto hot pot, a Koshu specialty. Facilities with a rooftop garden, a cafe and a restaurant are also attached. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
