Echizen Onsen Rotenburo Nihonkai, in Echizen, is a day-trip hot spring. The spring is a bicarbonate spring. There are open-air baths and indoor baths, and the Sea of Japan can be seen even from the indoor baths. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided at the washing area. Hours are 9:00 to 20:00 on weekdays and 7:00 to 20:00 on weekends and public holidays. Admission is 520 yen for adults, 310 yen for elementary school students and 200 yen for small children.
