旅館富士屋は、長崎県雲仙市にある温泉が自慢の旅館です。大浴場は男湯「布袋の湯」、女湯「羽衣の湯」で、どちらも内風呂と露天風呂があります。手すりを設置するなど安全対策も行われています。源泉は100度と大変高温で、かけ流しの温泉を使用しています。貸切湯も完備しており、入浴施設は内湯・貸切風呂など6ヵ所です。
シャンプー・リンス/コンディショナー・ボディソープ・化粧水・乳液・メイク落とし・ドライヤー・綿棒は無料完備。洗顔料・髭剃りは無し。大浴場・露天風呂・貸切風呂は全て源泉掛け流し天然温泉。貸切風呂は無料で何度でも利用可（6:00-23:00、50分単位）。サウナ無し。
