萩八景雁嶋別荘は、山口県萩市にある旅館で、松本川沿いに建ち指月山や浜崎方面を望みます。全室にテラス付きの半露天風呂を備え、夕景に染まる町並みや港を眺めながら湯につかれます。入浴後は湯上りラウンジ「鶴江」でくつろぐことができ、会食処「浮島」や夕日のテラスもあります。姉妹館に北門屋敷と萩焼会館があります。
大浴場「水音」（男性専用）「風音」（女性専用）に各温泉露天風呂あり。サウナなし。ロビーラウンジ・チェックインラウンジ・湯上りラウンジ「鶴江」あり。会食場「浮島UKISHIMA」あり。客室タイプにより温泉展望半露天風呂付き。
