さぎの湯荘 別邸鷺泉【ROSEN】の前に設置された、どなたでも無料で利用で手湯スポット。 温泉街の散策中や観光の合間に、気軽に源泉かけ流しの温泉に手を浸して楽しめる。 この「手湯」は、さぎの湯温泉の泉質の良さや温泉文化を広く知ってもらうため、温泉街の3つの旅館（さぎの湯荘・竹葉・安来苑）がそれぞれ趣向を凝らした「ふるまい湯」を設置しているうちの一つとなっている。
