手湯は山口県山口市湯田温泉三丁目、湯の香通りの路地にある足湯です。2019年に新設された湯田温泉で唯一の手湯で、大きいものと小さいものの2つの湯口があります。手を浸けて温まることができます。同じ湯の香通りには足湯も2つあり、誰でも無料で利用できます。利用時間は8時から22時までです。泉質はアルカリ性単純温泉です。
