The bathing zone with 13 different tubs is the pillar of this facility. Located in a corner of 'Shiawase Mura', a base of health and welfare activities developed by Tokai City, the facility shares the grounds with Jurakuen Park, a health and welfare center, and a tea room. Inside the building, there is an indoor heated pool with a 37-meter slide and a pool for young children, which can be used together with the bathing zone for 520 yen for adults and 260 yen for elementary and junior high students. The training room is 120 yen. It is about a 5-minute walk east from Meitetsu 'Jurakuji Station', and the Tokai City loop bus 'Ranran Bus' also stops at 'Shiawase Mura'.

14種類の風呂（露天風呂・ジャグジー・打たせ湯・寝湯・歩行湯ほか）、乾式サウナ、プール（ウォータースライダー付き）、トレーニングルームあり。シャンプー等は備え付け。タオルは有料（フェイスタオル50円・バスタオル100円）。
