広島県庄原市西城町、中国山地に連なる道後山の山懐に建つ公共の宿。比婆道後帝釈国定公園の自然に囲まれ、宿のすぐ近くには道後山高原クロカンパークが広がり、春夏秋のハイキングや冬のスキーなど、四季を通じてアウトドアの拠点として利用できます。館内は和室20室・洋室9室の全29室を備え、団体や家族旅行にも対応。温泉は隣接する「すずらんの湯」で源泉かけ流しを堪能でき、夕食には地元の山菜や山魚、きのこなど、その時期に採れた山の幸が並びます。
