引江湯は、大阪市東淀川区西淡路にある番台式の銭湯です。JR京都線「東淀川駅」から徒歩8分の場所にあります。熱い湯とぬるい湯があり、好みに合わせて湯を選べます。座風呂で腰を下ろして入浴するほか、湿式サウナや水風呂も利用する造りです。モザイクタイル絵も見られます。湯上がりには休憩室で過ごせて、飲み物を購入することもできます。
