Located in Higashi Ward, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Hirata Onsen is a public bath that draws radioactive spring water. It is about a 10-minute walk from Takaoka Station on the Sakura-dori Line and a 1-minute walk from the Hiratacho bus stop. It offers a variety of baths, including an open-air bath, a carbonated spring bath, a radon bath and a cold bath, and both a high-temperature sauna and a mist sauna are available. Admission is 500 yen for adults, 180 yen for children and 100 yen for small children. Opening hours are 15:00 to 22:00 (last entry 21:30), and it is closed on Tuesdays. There is parking for 5 cars.
