千坪の日本庭園を備えた城郭風の宿「越後平野と弥彦連山一望の宿 穂々－hoho－」は、新潟市西蒲区岩室温泉にある旅館です。露天風呂は硫黄泉の岩室温泉を使用しています。「嵐の湯」という名称の岩盤浴もあり、15種類の薬石を使用しています。客室は書院造りの和室で、夕映の館・朝霧の館・木洩日の館の3棟があります。夕食は日本海の幸を使った会席、朝食は新潟米を使ったおかずが付きます。
スチーム岩盤浴サウナは有料(2時間:大人2,200円/子供1,100円、源泉100%ミスト使用)。貸切風呂は有料(45分2,860円、源泉かけ流し)。畳・テレビ雑誌新聞・マッサージ機・アイスは無し。
