本宮の湯は愛知県豊川市上長山町にあるサウナ・岩盤浴が楽しめる温浴施設です。浴場は「空の湯」「森の湯」の二つがあります。ロウリュサウナを完備し、単純温泉・塩化物泉の湯を使用しています。入浴料金は大人（中学生以上）700円、小人（3歳以上）350円です。営業時間は10時から22時（21時30分受付終了）までです。定休日は毎週水曜日です。
