華水亭は鳥取県米子市皆生温泉にある旅館です。日本海を一望できる自家源泉の露天風呂を備え、大浴場もあります。泉質はカルシウム－塩化物泉およびナトリウム・カルシウム－塩化物泉です。建物は「華水館」と「湯賓館」からなり、湯賓館の客室には露天風呂が付いています。華水館にはオーシャンビューの和モダンタイプや特別室があります。日本海は波打ち際から徒歩2分の近さです。食事は季節の会席料理で、鳥取和牛や松葉ガニ、境港産の地魚などを使っています。
