Ikoi no Ideyu Shinrin Mokumokubayashi

A day-use bathhouse nestled along the Sushigawa River in the mountain village of Togakushi. Located on Route 406 heading from Nagano city toward Kinasa, it sits among the scenic streams of the area. 'Ikoi no Ideyu Shinrin Mokumokubayashi' is a wellness facility combining bathing with light exercise, and the water is a sulfur spring. The simple design features indoor tubs only, with no outdoor bath or sauna, allowing visitors to warm their bodies slowly in the mineral water. Inside, there are rest rooms, a lounge, and a workout area with various training equipment, so guests can also use it by working up a sweat before soaking. A great stop when traveling toward Togakushi Shrine and Kinasa, accompanied by mountain and river scenery.
