入畑温泉瀬目乃湯は岩手県北上市にあるホテルです。泉温40度、毎分1000リットルの自噴の湯を利用し、泉質は単純温泉（弱アルカリ性）です。日帰り温泉は冬季期間のみ営業し、午前9時から午後8時まで（最終受付午後7時30分）利用できます。館内には和室11室と洋室1室があり、約100名が座れる食堂、約50台分の駐車場も備えています。
