湯布院温泉街から少し離れた住宅地にひっそりと佇む、地元住民に親しまれる共同浴場。 浴室はコンクリート造りで、熱めとぬるめの2つの浴槽があり、どちらも無色透明・無味無臭のアルカリ性単純温泉が源泉かけ流しで注がれている。 重曹系成分のため、肌ざわりが柔らかく「美人の湯」とも称される。
