Goen no Yado Itoya is an inn in Mano-Shimmachi, Sado City, Niigata. It is a 2–3-minute walk from the Manoshimmachi bus stop and has an EV charging spot in its parking area. The baths use deep seawater from the Sado Strait. Dinner features kaiseki cuisine with Sado beef, local seafood and regional sake. Day-use bathing is not available; the hot spring is for staying guests only. It is open year-round.
