柿本家の温泉には、男湯と女湯の内湯が一つずつあります。利用時間は午後四時から十一時までと、午前六時半から九時半までです。泉質は低張性・弱アルカリ性の単純温泉で、水素イオン指数は八・〇三です。女性用大浴場の脱衣場はパウダールーム仕様で、入浴後に休める湯上がり処もあります。男湯には髭剃りや綿棒、ドライヤーなどがあり、女湯には化粧水や乳液、クレンジング、綿棒、ドライヤーなどが用意されています。色浴衣は千百円で借りられます。
