Kanaoka Onsen

Kanaoka Onsen is a bathhouse located in a shopping arcade right in front of Sakai City Station on the JR Hanwa Line, marked by its noren curtain. While preserving the traditional old-style layout with a bandai (reception desk), the bathing area offers an electric bath, ultrasonic jet, and reclining bath, plus a dry sauna and a water bath. There is no outdoor bath, but the facility has a small garden where you can sit down and cool off after bathing, a feature characteristic of this bathhouse. A pot-shaped hair dryer and a baby bed are also provided, and the facility welcomes a wide range of guests from regular elderly customers to families with children. Note that the bath is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, two days a week.
