Karasawa Kosen Yatsugatake Hito no Yado is a ryokan in Chino. Day-trip bathing is available from 10:00 to 15:00. The dining room opens at 11:00, with last orders at 13:30. The inn operates from April to the following January and is closed in February and March. It takes 40 minutes by car from Chino Station, and 1 hour by car from Suwa IC or Suwa-Minami IC on the Chuo Expressway. Located at an altitude of 1870 meters within Yatsugatake Quasi-National Park, it is a single secluded inn that is a member of the Japan Association for the Preservation of Secluded Hot Springs. It serves local wild mountain vegetable dishes and river fish dishes.
