カルナパーク花立山温泉は福岡県筑前町にある日帰り温泉施設です。2つの源泉を持つアルカリ性の掛け流し温泉で、露天風呂付きの大浴場は和風と洋風が週替わりで男女入れ替わります。サウナはコの字型の3段座面で、天然水の水風呂や畳ベッドのある外気浴スペースもあります。2階には家族風呂が12種類あり、食事処やエステも備えています。営業時間は10時から21時まで、定休日は毎週水曜日です。九州自動車道小郡ICから車で7分の場所にあります。
