ホテル季の座は、三重県紀北町東長島にある温泉宿です。自家源泉の「きほく千年温泉」を使う温泉大浴場棟で入浴できます。男女別の内湯と３種類の露天風呂に加え、２つの貸切露天風呂がある構成です。宿泊だけでなく日帰り入浴も受け付けており、フェイスタオルが付きます。夕食では地元の魚介を使う会席料理を提供しています。朝食は好みの干物を炭火焼で楽しむバイキングです。
日帰り入浴 12:00〜20:00最終受付（21:00まで入浴可）、大人1,080円／小人(4歳〜小学生)430円。フェイスタオル付、バスタオル貸出は200円。
