小山やすらぎの湯は、天然温泉と炭酸泉、三種類のサウナを案内する温浴施設です。浴槽には高濃度炭酸泉、電気風呂、美泡風呂、つぼ湯、水風呂があります。サウナはロウリュウ、塩、漢方アロマの三種類です。食事処と休み処のほか、あかすりやカットサロンも案内されています。平日は十時から二十四時、土日祝日は九時から二十四時まで営業します。受付終了は二十三時で、浴室とサウナは二十三時四十五分まで利用できます。
浴室内にリンスインシャンプー・ボディソープ備付。タオルは持参またはフロントでレンタル(大・小300円)/販売(フェイスタオル200円)。お休み処・お食事処・癒し處(あかすり、カットサロン)あり。Free Wi-Fi。
