栗山温泉紅さんざしは熊本県玉名郡和水町にある日帰り温泉です。全13棟の貸切露天風呂があり、内湯と露天風呂をどの棟でも備えています。4棟には休憩用の和室があり、有田焼の茶碗風呂も5棟にあります。樹齢200年のクスノキをくり抜いた風呂もあります。営業時間は10時から25時までで、受付は23時30分までです。車の場合、南関インターチェンジから国道443号線経由で約15分です。
