November 1 - April 30: 11:00-21:30 (last entry 21:00). New Year period (Dec 31 - Jan 3): 11:00-18:00 (last entry 17:30). Adult 800 yen (age 12+), child 400 yen (elementary), infants free (under 6). Kamikawa Town residents can get a town-resident rate (ID required). Access: about 22 km (about 30 min) from Kamikawa-Sounkyo IC on the Asahikawa-Monbetsu Expressway via National Route 39. About 30 min by Dohoku Bus bound for Sounkyo from JR Kamikawa Station, get off at the last stop, then 5 min walk. About 5 min walk from the 'Sounkyo' bus stop.
