Kurura Heda Ichi no Yu is a day-trip hot spring in Heda, Numazu, Shizuoka. It is attached to the roadside station "Kurura Heda" and is one of the few hot spring facilities inside a roadside station in Izu. Free-flowing water straight from the source is drawn into the indoor bath and the open-air bath, and the water is replaced and the baths are cleaned every day. Heda Onsen water is rich in sodium and calcium. On the terrace in front of the entrance there is also a free footbath that uses the same source. Opening hours are 10:00–21:00 (last entry 20:30), and it is open every day.
浴室内備付: リンスインシャンプー、ボディソープ、ドライヤー。内風呂・露天風呂、無料足湯（テラス）あり。有料アメニティ（販売・レンタルの別は未記載）: タオル250円 バスタオル550円 シェーバー100円 歯ブラシ100円 ヘアブラシ100円 ※いずれも持参可。
