Kaijo Ryotei Kairakuen is a ryokan in Toba, Mie. It has an open-air bath built over the sea, described as a hot spring that uses seawater. At night, guests can bathe while looking at the starry sky and the night view of the sea. Guests can also enjoy fishing from a tatami room or from a floating raft, and have the fish they catch cooked. Toba Aquarium is about 10 minutes away on foot. Since October 2021, the entire building has been non-smoking, and smoking is limited to the smoking area in the parking lot.
