Matsudai Shibatoge Onsen Unkai is an inn in Horadaira, Tokamachi, Niigata. It features an open-air bath overlooking the mountains and designed to look out over a sea of clouds. The facility also has a sauna and the restaurant Mihorashi. Day bathing is available, and parking is provided. Hours are 10:00–20:00.
