鹿児島県鹿児島市岡之原町にある「みどり温泉」は、緑ヶ丘団地に近い住宅地のそばで朝5:30から夜23:00まで営業する、年中無休の天然温泉施設です。源泉温度55.6℃・湧出量は毎分600Lと湯量が豊富で、露天風呂・泡風呂・寝湯・薬湯・低周波風呂・サウナ・水風呂と浴槽が複数あります。岩盤浴は追加料金なしで利用でき、お食事処や休憩スペースも備えます。JR鹿児島中央駅から鹿児島市営バス緑ヶ丘行きで約40分「緑ヶ丘南」下車徒歩5分、駐車場は300台無料と車利用にも便利です。
