山梨県市川三郷町にある、みはらしの丘 みたまの湯です。標高370メートルの露天風呂から、八ヶ岳や南アルプスを望めます。眼下には甲府盆地のパノラマが広がります。館内では、のっぷい大地で育った野菜や果物を販売しています。食事処では地元農産物と甲州の郷土料理を取り入れています。ボディケアやリフレクソロジーのコースもあります。温泉と食事を一か所で楽しめる日帰り施設です。
アメニティは備え付け（シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーシャンプー、洗顔・メイク落とし、ヘアウォーター、スキンウォーター、綿棒、ヘアドライヤー等）。タオルはレンタル有料（フェイス70円、バス130円）。大露天風呂・サウナ・水風呂・休憩スペース・食事処・ボディケアあり。
