群馬県みなかみ町の「みなかみホテルジュラク」です。源泉はホテルから500メートル離れ、1日180トンを引湯しています。泉質はカルシウム・ナトリウム－硫酸塩・塩化物温泉です。館内には3つの大浴場があり、男女入れ替え制で利用します。露天風呂、ドライサウナ、ボナサームサウナなど、浴場ごとに構成が異なります。天狗の湯には石風呂、泡風呂、打たせ湯、水風呂も備わります。
ゆこゆこアメニティ表:シャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープ・洗顔料・化粧水・乳液・カミソリ・綿棒・ドライヤーは備え付けあり。歯ブラシ・バスタオル・フェイスタオル・シャワーキャップは無し。露天風呂あり（天狗の湯、せせらぎの湯）、サウナあり、岩盤浴なし。
