福島県南会津町の木賊温泉にある混浴の共同浴場です。単純温泉で泉温は44.8度、足元から温泉が湧き出る足元湧出の湯として知られています。空気に触れずに源泉に浸かれる造りです。西根川沿いの川床にあり、岩を掘った浴槽は野趣あふれる趣です。千年以上続く秘湯として知られており、年中無休、24時間入浴できます。女性専用の脱衣室があり、湯あみ着の貸し出しも行っています。入浴料金は300円で、大人・小人とも同額です。
