石川県七尾市にある日帰り温泉施設「健康増進センター アスロン」です。田鶴浜温泉「つるの湯」の大浴場とサウナのほか、25mの温水プールや最大水深60センチのレジャープール、流水湯があります。トレーニングジムやレッスンスタジオも備えています。営業時間は10時から21時（入場は20時30分まで、プールとジムの利用は20時30分まで）。定休日は毎週水曜日と12月31日・1月1日です。水曜日が祝日の場合は営業し、翌日以降の平日に振替休館します。入浴料金はプールのみが大人700円・小学生以下300円、プールと温泉のセットが大人1,000円・小学生以下500円です。のと里山海道の高田ICを降りて右折後すぐ左手にあり、無料駐車場があります。
