大分キャセイホテルに併設された源泉かけ流しの天然温泉。 質は九州でも有名な強食塩泉（ナトリウム・塩化物強塩泉、炭酸水素塩泉）で、茶褐色のにごり湯が特徴。 大浴場と3室の家族風呂（要予約、最大6名まで）がある。
掛け流し天然温泉・サウナあり。館内設備はレストラン、会議室、大浴場、自動販売機、パソコン利用可、マッサージサービス、駐車場など。客室インターネットは有線LAN形式。
