There are baths of various temperatures, including a lukewarm source-water bath, a medium-temperature bath, a hot bath and a sauna. It is the central facility of a 7-hectare forest park. The name was chosen because it stands at the foot of Mt. Nijurokuya, a mountain associated with the Nijurokuya-machi faith of waiting for the moon on the 26th night.
