This is a day-use natural hot spring in a highland area. The spring quality is sodium bicarbonate. The open-air bath overlooks the surrounding mountains. Regular hours from April through November are 11:00–21:00. Winter hours are 11:00–20:30. Admission is 900 yen for adults and 500 yen for children from age 3 through elementary school. It is closed every Wednesday; when Wednesday is a public holiday, it closes the following day.

By car, it is about 45 minutes from one expressway interchange via the specified district, or about 60 minutes from another interchange via Prefectural Route 81.
