Otomeyuri Spa is a day-use hot spring in Tsuchiyu Onsen, Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture. Its spring quality is an alkaline simple hot spring, and the water is free-flowing from the source. The open-air bath overlooks the town of Tsuchiyu through the four seasons. A sauna is also available. The private room Hotaru is available with priority given to reservations. The facility uses a membership system and issues a free membership card on the same day. It is about 20 minutes by car from Fukushima Nishi IC on the Tohoku Expressway and a 3-minute walk from the Tsuchiyu Onsen Mitsuke bus stop.
