At Route Inn Grantia Tokai in Tokai, Aichi, you can use the natural hot spring "Hana no Yu" on a day trip. The spring is a sodium-chloride and hydrogencarbonate spring (hypotonic, weakly alkaline, high-temperature spring). It also has the open-air bath "Gororin Yu," where you lie down to bathe, and a sauna. Opening hours for outside visitors are from 10:00 to 24:30. The day-trip bathing fee, which covers the baths and the relaxation room, is 1,000 yen for adults on weekdays and 1,200 yen for adults on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. A towel set is 300 yen, and loungewear is provided free of charge to those who wish.
