Saienji Onsen is a day-trip hot spring in Komatsu, Ishikawa, that uses source water rising from 750 meters underground. The free footbath also has a spot for drinking the spring water, and after bathing you can visit Saienji Cafe in a corner of the main temple hall. The sports gym on the grounds is also available. Opening hours are 11:00 to 21:00, with last entry at 20:30. It is closed on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month and from January 1 to 3.
