Sannozan Onsen Zuisenkyo is a ryokan in Ichinoseki, Iwate, with a natural hot spring that rises at the northern foot of Mt. Kurikoma. The spring type is sulfate. The source water is 64 degrees and flows naturally at 140 liters per minute; it is adjusted to a suitable temperature without adding water. Guests can also enjoy Maesawa beef teppanyaki and shabu-shabu, as well as seafood delivered directly from Sanriku. From the lobby, guests can view a vast Japanese garden, and the Iwai River gorge changes its appearance with the four seasons. It opened in the first year of Heisei (1989).
