Sawando Onsen Azusa Kohan no Yu is a day-trip hot spring in Azumi, Matsumoto, where you can enjoy hot spring water flowing directly from the source. It has an open, airy open-air bath overlooking the flowing Azusa River. Opening hours are 10:00 to 18:45, with last entry at 18:15. The facility closes temporarily in the event of typhoons, heavy rain, or closure of the Kamikochi Koen Line road. The adjacent Sawando Ohashi parking lot is open throughout the Kamikochi open season.
