Seseragi no Yu is a day-trip hot spring in Norikura Kogen, Azumi, Matsumoto, Nagano. It is a free open-air bath fed by milky-white hot spring water that flows naturally from the mid-slopes of Mt. Norikura. Shampoo and body soap may not be used, and pets may not bathe. There is no toilet, so the toilets at the tourist center are used. The season runs from the end of April to the third week of November, and hours are 9:00 to 17:00 (until 16:30 in November). It is right next to the Kanko Center-mae bus stop.
