Shinyu is a hot spring attraction in Shimosuwa, Nagano. Admission is 300 yen for adults. It is open 5:30-22:00 every day, and there are occasional maintenance closures. Access is available from the Shinjuku Express Bus Terminal at the west exit of JR Shinjuku Station to Shimosuwa Station on the Shinjuku-Suwa-Okaya-Chino route, taking about 3 hours to 3 hours 30 minutes.
