Shinmotoyu is a public bath in Shimonoisshiki-cho, Nakagawa-ku, founded in Taisho 13. A long-established bath that remains in this former fishing town, it is characterized by an exterior and changing room that convey a sense of the era, and tiled bathtubs. Private baths and facility rental for photo shoots and events are also available. Admission is 550 yen for adults, 200 yen for juniors, and 100 yen for small children; hours are 16:00 to 20:00, and it closes on irregular days. It is a 35-minute walk from Kintetsu Fushiya Station, or 12 minutes by rental bicycle, and there is parking for 3 cars.
