Shinmei Sanso is a quiet Japanese-style inn with 9 rooms in the nature-rich mountains of Gero, Gifu. Its bath uses artificial hot spring water called Tron Onsen, made with the rare medicinal stone tron. The water is gentle and has no taste or odor. It is about 20 minutes by car from Gero Station and about 50–60 minutes via Route 257 from the Nakatsugawa IC. Check-in is 14:00, last check-in 19:00, and check-out is 10:00. Closing days are irregular.
