簡易宿泊施設 ブルートレインたらぎは熊本県球磨郡多良木町にある宿泊施設です。寝台特急「はやぶさ」で使われていた車両を活用しており、3両のうち2両を宿泊スペースとして使い、現役時代の雰囲気を残した2段ベッドや個室があります。残り1両はテーブルやテレビを備えた多目的スペースで、飲食や談話に利用できます。宿泊は素泊まりタイプで、サウナや露天風呂のある「えびすの湯」の入浴券が付きます。
歯ブラシ・タオルは受付で販売。その他アメニティ（シャンプー等）は用意なし、各自持参。入浴は施設内になく外部施設「多良木町ふれあい交流センターえびすの湯」の入浴券を宿泊者全員に宿泊日数分配布。
